Yoga

Amanda is a student of the body. She completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training certification in 2013 and is a certified Yoga Tune Up® teacher. YTU is a biomechanics based practice focusing on body awareness and functional movement. We explore the "why?' and take time in each pose to explore our body's response to increase mobility and proprioception. Yoga Tune Up® will enable you to continue all the activities you love into your 90s! 

Private sessions are focused towards your specific needs and the needs of your body. A YoMo yoga session will enhance your personal practice by slowing things down, working specific poses, assisting in rehabilitation from injury, and/or increase mobility. Amanda takes great care in formatting your class to help you move with more freedom and awareness.
