MEDITATION PRACTICE

A few short readings for today and the mindfulness meditation. Take time to breathe and contemplate for 5 to 10 minutes after. Count the breath as you inhale and exhale. Expand through the abdomen and chest as you inhale. Exhale, let go. Connect and remember.
